***New In***British Zulu War Period .577 Snider–Enfield Breech-Loading Rifle by 'VEISEY & SON (1868), 105 MOOR STREET, BIRMINGHAM'.

The British .577/ .450 Snider–Enfield of superior quality and condition.

A superb example form the Abyssinia (1868), Zulu (1879) and potentially the Boer Wars (1899-1902). A historically important example and we know this was made in 1868 as noted in De WittBailey and Douglas A. NIE, 1978: 56. 

Antique and obsolete calibre (.577/ .450).

This can be viewed in our antique shop. 

The British .577/ .450 Snider–Enfield of superior quality and condition. This example would have been used during the as well as the Abyssinia (1868), Zulu campaigns (1879) and potentially the Boer Wars (1899-1902). Maker marked lock plate: 'VEISEY & SON (1868), 105 MOOR STREET, BIRMINGHAM'.

A very interestng and hsitorically important example.
