***NOW SOLD***Two (2) Victorian 1885 Pattern Cavalry Troopers' Swords.

Two superb examples recently acquired form a family in Northern England and found in untouched original condition - one is by 'Robert Mole' and the other by 'WKC'. Both have great evidence of carriage with denting to the lower part of the scabbards, which is from  saddle wear and stirrup contact. We always like to see this evidence on original examples together with numerous issue and regimental markings.

Two great examples of Victorian swords that were made for 'real' use and certainly saw a lot of action during Queen Victoria's rule (20th June 1837 to 22nd January 1901). These can be viewed in our antique shop in Tavistock, Devon.
