WW2 British Army MkII Steel Brodie Helmet.
Maker marked: BMB (Briggs Motor Bodies) 1939.
Superb condition wit original leather liner.
British WW2 MkII steel Brodie helmet. Shell and liner are in great cindition for their age with the shell still retaining its original paintwork. Shell and liner maker codes appear to be BMB, which stands for Briggs Motor Bodies, who made alot of British WW2 helmets including the famous paratrooper helmets. Both are dated 1939. Liner looks to be a size 7. Helmet chin strap still has its elasticity.
