1939 SS Enlisted Mans Dagger in Excellent Condition (Rare Maker).
In superior condition and a highly desirable dagger. The silver plated hilt fitting (nickel plated) are in excellent condition just showing slight age wear and pickling (as is common on the plated mid-period examples). The black wooden grip is in fine condition and it is complete with silver eagle and SS runes. The blade is in excellent condition and still retains cross grain, the obverse side features the SS motto which is still very nice and clear, the reverse side is maker marked, RZM M7/ 81 (Karl Tiegel) RZM 1241/39 which is the makers code for Karl Tiegel. The scabbard retains 98% black paint and is fitted with solid nickel fitting. A very nice complete SS EM dagger, it is difficult to find an RZM period SS dagger as nice as this one and if you are looking for one this is a great original example.
