A 19th century (c1870). Teak campaign military chest retailed by The Army and Navy Stores. With ivorine plaque on top right drawer. Larger than normal size. In excellent original condition. 5 drawers over turned bun feet. Hobbs & Co Locks. Another superb example. 

A Tachi mounted sword of huge proportions... A huge Shinshinto period (1781–1876) Tachi. Mei: 'Musashi (Bushu) Ju Fujiwara Sadashige' Dated: Bunkyu Period (1861-1864) 3rd Year 8th day: 8th August 1863 Overall length: 121cm!

A superb large and robust Wakizashi probably 1st or 2nd generation. An excellent early top Shinto Tosho's work.

c1840/50 cased pair of cased German percussion target pistols by 'Stoermes Herzberg'. German single barrel percussion target pistols manufactured by 'Stoermes of Herzberg', circa 1840-1850. The locks and barrels are inlaid with a small gold panel inlaid with the makers name 'Stoermes Herzberg'.
